North Kingstown Chamber of Commerce

As reported in the North Kingstown View ...

... the Plum Beach Garden Club was honored at the North Kingstown Chamber of Commerce's Annual Meeting and Business Excellence Awards Dinner.  The Club received the award for Non-Profit of the Year - a on-profit who increased awareness of its cause and achieved its goals by making an impact in the community.

Karen Pizzaruso and Martha Parks attended on behalf of the Club to accept the honor and plaque. Governor Gina Raymond and Senator Jack Reed also gave the Club citations.  The Governor, who was the guest speaker, gave the ladies her personal congratulations.
